The creative spark that follows saying "I don't know"
A dance exploration film tapping into the excitement of a creative spark. For many, saying "I don't know" is difficult. But the moments after saying "I don't know" are the most exhilarating moments. It means to learn, discover or experience. I traveled with dancer Mia Bourhis to Croatia - a place we'd never been, without plans. Reacting to what we discovered and embracing a spontaneous approach. |

PAris
A dance film and love letter to Paris exploring journeys through this city that started 20 years ago. It stars the remarkable 20 year old dancer Mia Bourhis.
My eyes through Mia's soul. For a while I've been studying story telling through movement. This is my first dance film and most abstract work. It's also most personal piece since Glen TV, in the late 1990's. |

LIFE IN THE DAY OF ALIYA MUSTAFINA
Who would ever have thought I'd become a Russian filmmaker?
In 2018, I met one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, Aliya Mustafina in Moscow. We spent hours discussing life and ideas. It was one of the most invigorating discussions I've ever had. Months later we filmed an intimate portrait film which was released in 2020 on Olympic Channel. Proud to be an independent film maker getting distribution through Olympic Channel, which is rare. GYMNAST
I wanted to make a film paying homage to the most remarkable and courageous athlete I've encountered, the Gymnast! Gymnasts combine balance, beauty and grace with incredible strength, speed and courage. That combination of elegant artistry with raw explosive athleticism enthralled me. It was an honour to work with three time Olympic gymnast Vasiliki Millousi to make this film in Greece. |

SEE ME NOW
I was at a fashion show overseas and was told "the darker the skin, the uglier they're considered". I decided to call upon some friends to address this, and prove that beauty is all about feeling comfortable in your skin. I believe If you feel beautiful, you will look beautiful. See Me Now is a fashion film with a social conscience and without copyright. |
